00' Integra LS p28 w/ obd2 connector / S200

Dash check engine light is on but hondalogger shows no codes, I even tried to clear codes and the cel light did not go off. Everything else works fine, just has that cel? Anyone got any ideas? I just want to make sure that this is not an indicator of some other problem.

Is the light on solid or blinking?

 

it is solid, it just stays on

This means the rom wasn't loaded or the ECU doesn't see a rom loaded.
Are you using a chip?
Are you using the Romulator?
Are you using the Programmer with the emulator?

Did you take the chip out of the box and put it in the ECu and notice the light was on?

 

I am emulating with 520cc injectors. The car runs just fine and it recognizes my realtime changes.

Did you load the rom then turn the key off and cycle it back on?

 

yes, this is the second time that this has happened, it is after i have been driving and i notice that the cel is on. The S200 red led is on and solid, the datalogging never kicks off or anything. other than the cel being on it seems as if there is nothing wrong

My next thought was a revlimit but if it is off then just comes on after a while, I am not sure that is the problem
