Default which spark plugs are better

I was just wondering which ones are the better of the two for a v-tec engine for instance mine is a type r motor. I was wanting to go with the ngk platinum but was also wondering using the ngk iridiums. Which of them two would you all prefer thanks for your replys.

used to use bosch platinums until they started to make the car hesitate then i switched to denso platinums and i have no problems. btw the denso pltinums are just like the ngk's really no difference.

NGK BKR6, BKR7

Widening the gap weakens the spark and you'll be more susceptible to blow out, especially with wilder cams.

On turbo cars a gap of 0.015 - 0.025 can be necessary.

Platinums last longer than copper, but copper is a better conductor..

I use Denzo Platnium, not too bad of a price at Autozone.
