Default NGK plugs

I hear that NGK plugs are the best to use with my delsol ??
Why? do they last longer than other brands? Superior materials? What is the difference between say one copper plug and another?
If I change my plugs more often than even recommended by manufacturer with 99cent plugs shouldn't my car run as good as with much more expensive plugs? <---Hypothetical ?

Copper is quite good, just they don't last at all

Platimum and Iridium last much longer.

Everyone has difference experiances with different plugs. If you search you can find out all sorts of half truths. There is no real single greatest plug out there.

I myself use copper. And I do notice a big difference when they are startting to go, my mileage goes way down.

I'd like to know why people claim NGK is better.

I've used those on my Hondas and Acuras also.

I am sure that the heat range varies from manufact to manufact. Actually the heat range rating on NGK plugs is backwards from champion.

NGK = Higher the number colder the plug
Champ = Higher the number hotter the plug

Perhaps Champion plugs part number for Hondas is wrong and thats why they foul with carbon. A hotter plug would get rid of that.

Thats my theroy anyways.

I ONLY use NGK and Denso plugs in my hondas, because that is closest to factory spec. Go look under your hood and see all the sensors and electronics are manufactured by one of these two companies. nothing under your hood says "bosch" on it unless you put it there. Might as well throw some motorcraft's in there and call it a day.

Denso Iridium

lol,
I see there are many opinions. I will probably get the ngk's, they cost $2 a piece. Can't really save much by going cheaper

NGK's in my book. As already mentioned, closest to factory spec and seem to be very good plugs.
