question about buying a system?

someone is selling a 10in JL audio 10w3 with custom inclosure with a crossfire amp(200 watt). is 300 a good deal?

it depends on some factors? is it that old? has it been played to death? what kind of work was put into the custom enclosure?, but for the most part it sounds like a decent deal.
