side molding question

Does anyone know if the side moldings on 94-97 integras are clipped in or adhesive?

you could get the holes filled if you wanted, do you know how to weld? body shops usually cut you deals if you get your car painted and your holes welded at the same time, do you plan on getting a paint job?
