What does it mean when it said the Ecu already had the board chipped by a Hondata dealer so it is ready to accept EEPROM, EPROM or ROM chips when using the Hondata to tune your car. Does that mean that the ecu already had the board which is like the s100 or s200 and doesnt have any extra option to it like boost, laucnh ect??? if the ecu had hondata can i add an option to it that that is not on it yet?
