hondata question

Default hondata question

I just shipped my ecu to hondata and I was woundering if it going to be plug and play or I have to wait till I go to the tuner... Yes I know this is a noon question

You would need to upload a basemap from the Hondata archives if you want/have to run off the Hondata ECU. A basemap will not be sufficient to drive your car around for extended periods of time but would be good enough to get you to the tuner assuming you take it easy.

What are your mods and did you send off the car's ECU to Hondata or does the car still have an ECU in it? If the car still has original ECU just drive it to the tuner on the stock ECU then swap in the Hondata in the parking lot AFTER discussing this with your tuner.
