Default after swap....code 22...

just put in a jdm gsr motor in my eg hatch. turned it on and i'm getting cel 22...vtec pressure switch.

the wire to the shock tower and the ecu seem to be fine and connected right.

we checked the screen and its clean

we didn't run the black wire to a ground on the chasis from the vtec pressure switch at first, then we grounded it, but still got the same code.

we went for a drive down the road and slowly let the rpms get up to see if vtec will engage and it didn't. i'm using a kenji chipped p28 ecu.

what else is there to check for to get this code off?
