I have raised a couple of questoins being new to honda. I have another about my 00 Civic LX. Lately, I been driving and feeling like a "delay" getting into 3 rd gear. (and only 3rd gear usually). It rev's up to about 2,800 - 3K RPM's then kicks in. Its consistant. I just did the regular maintanance, its at 40K Miles:

Replaced:
Dist. Cap and Rotor, Spark Plugs (Bosch Plat's), Oil Change (Mobile-1 / 10w30).

The spark plug wires are about 8K over due for changing. I order NGK wires which will be here for me this week. Could this be related to old wires? This is a new problem, other than that the car drives smooth, and the lag is not a hard kick.

Any ideas?
