Default Can't decide...need your help!

Just purchased a 95 EG Hatch. Can't decide which engine to put in. The car will be a daily driver. I currently have a 00 Si. However, the payments are killing me...so I'll be selling it soon. Any people with EG Hatches, what did you guys do? I'm open to suggestions. I've been considering a J-spec GSR or ITR all motor set up. Is the ITR worth the extra money over the GSR? I know ultimately I'm making my own decision. I just wanted to get an idea what others thought was a good set up. I'm trying to keep an $8k budget for the engine, parts, labor. I even considered a SC or Turbo B16. What do you guys think? Thanks for your help.

K20A swap through Honda-Tech member K20EG. PM him. This thread will be locked shortly, so if you have any questions, better be quick about it.

Ok this is commin from a "newb". First off be more specific as to what your goal are with the car (drag, street/strip, auto-x, etc.). That will give u a better response from everyone else. Ive been readin non-stop for the past two weeks as to what engine I want to do with my car, and I decided to go with the H22. Only because it suits me best, and because it fits my budget. Be more specific, maybe we can help better.

The car, as I stated above, will be a daily driver. I might take it to the track occasionally. I put my budget up top as well, so people would be able to tell how much I'm willing to spend on the build. I just wanted to know who has had experience with a JDM GSR EG, JDM ITR EG, or a JDM B16 Turbo EG. What's more suitable, reliable, fun, least expensive, etc, for my purposes as a daily driver to and from work 25 miles each way?

how about the one that comes in it!!!!

oh right you want performance... so sell it and buy a car with some displacement...

the amount of money i dumped into makeing a turbo monster honda 99 GSR, plus the price of the car.. i could be driving around in a new C6 or phat BMW..

not to mention the headaches associated with getting pulled over and working on the dang car every weekend.
