I have a 88 crx with a b16 and i just put a turbo kit on it. my problem is that i had to cut the **** out of the crossmember for it to fit. has anyone made their own front crossmember. if so post pics please. I was wanting to make something cause i dont have the money at the moment to get an aftermarket crossmember.

I got 88 hatch w/ B16A. Modified front
crossmember to make DC 4-1's clear.
Used Makita grinder, oxy/acetelyene torch,
and brazing rod with flux. Spent 8 hours making it look good.
How did you cut your crossmember?
How much did you remove?
