do i need my lower rear stock sway bar?
one of the bolts that connects the rear sway bar to the control arm broke..
is it okay to ride without this for a bit? will it make the car not as sterdy?
will it make my car have more of a negative camber?

ok let me ask u this.. will a aftermarket one bolt up at the same spot?
if soo i will need new control arms then!</TD></TR></TABLE>
It depends. Be sure and ask the manufacturer about fitment before you buy one. Or you should be able to find another stock one for dirt cheap.

eh a little overexaggeration there, the stock bar is only 14mm to begin with. I remember my old car did not come w/ a rear swaybar stock (base model), so I installed an OEM 13mm bar that came on the higher-end models, and I really couldn't feel much of a difference (stock front bar was 26mm).

Don't all aftermarket sway bars bolt up to the stock locations? I believe so. So you'll need to get that bolt out or get a replacement LCA.

I thought ST bars attached to the lower shock mount bolts w/ new end links. That's how the bars for my friend's Civic (no stock swaybars at all) bolted up.
Just drill the bolts out, I know it's a pain but you're better off that way. You can get an OEM type r rear sway bar for about 60 dollars. You will need a beaks or bsq reinforcement kit to go with it - costs about 65 dollars. But still, $125 for a 22mm sway bar is a deal!

i just did this, nice differance in the way the car handles now, i also had the busted bolt issue to deal with, do yourself a favor and but the best drill bit you can find to drill that bolt out.
