common problems with idle being jacked up is either
1 TPS sensor
2 IACV
3 air bubble in coolant

What did you put in your car?

I have yet to see an additive that does anything but rob you...

Yea its always good to flush your coolant every so often (i dont know the actual number but i do it about 1 or twice a month, or whenever i take long trips.)

And i dont mean flush just your radiator, i mean your whole system from your block and back through the bleeder steem (on B series anyway)
