Default Just installed d16a, having code 10 issues

For the past 2 weeks i have been riding around with crappy idle. I would go into first gear up to about 4-5 k rpm and let go of the gas fully the car would jerk hard as if it wouldn't idle down to become downshifted, you guys know what i mean? its like as if I was going 4-5 k rpm in 3rd gear and switch into 2nd and let go of the clutch really quick. Well I found out the problem was actually in the wiring, i accidently had the EVAP and the IAC backwards (both gray plugs). Before I knew that I was messing around with the white plug in the back of the intake manifold (is that the IAT?) I plugged that white plug into the IAC and the IAC plug into the white one. Well before that the CEL was only for IAC, now its for IAT. Im just wondering if the trial and error process that I did left me in the ditch. Any information at all would be helpful. And oh yeah if you guys are gonna flame at anything i said AT least help me out thanks

got my first hb 1993 cx ; 3 months ago
swapped the engine spring break all by myself
d16a (same as d16z6?), only got the motor not the tranny.. so its running on CX tranny
new spark plugs, changed water pump

current condition : car runs good only the check engine annoys me
but as of yesterday i let my gf's mom drive my car for a little because we were taking 3 cars somewhere and i was stuck somewhere blah blah blah... now the clutch feels all soft and the car won't move.. motor turns on and everythang its just the clutch is soft and i no long have to clutch to go into gears at all. My friends said that she was "riding the clutch really bad." They said that they saw MUCHO smoke coming out from the tranny. She had to pull over by a del taco and i went to check up on it, checked under the tranny there was 1 drop of oil. A friend said that it BOILED so hot that it leaked. Will I have to get that checked up? What do you guys think I should do to fix it. The car won't move in gear at all. Bleed the **** out of the slave; nothing. Tranny? Clutch? Sorry for the super long post just trying to kill 10 birds with 1 pebble lol.. thanks
