itr wing on gsr
what should i do to cover up the holes?? how big are they?? how much does it cost to get it welded? i'm gonna buy an ITR wing and i need to know what to do with the holes..thanks
my friend went to lowes hardware or you could even find it at home depot and he jus picked up some plugs and it looks decent until he decides to get em shaved...that should be cool until u decide to shave it...good luck man..peace
It's surprisingly inexpensive to have just the one necessary hole shaved. Repainting just the rear hatch is dirt cheap due to the small size. Just about any body shop would shave the hole, and paint the hatch and wing for under $200.
I wish shops in the bay area charged that much. The shops that I've been to around my area charge just about $200 alone just to paint a wing. They want way more than $200 to shave the holes and paint the hatch.

I just installed my itr wing 1 week ago. The new wing should come with gaskets that cover the old holes. But just to be on the safe side, I put electrical tape over the holes first, and then the gasket. Since then its rained pretty heavy, and I've had no problems at all.
