alright yes this is a question for a friend that has a dsm eclipse. we put a full exaust on the other week and it has no cat. well the o2 sensor behind the cat is throwing codes and making the check engine light come on. is there anyway to bypass this sensor or retard it so the light stays off but will come on if anything else would go wrong in the car so atleast u will know if something else needs replaced. thanx please help

where was the orginal o2 ,before or after the cat

 

you need to have a custom O2 sensor on the exhaust you just put on......

do not run it without O2 sensor
