Default Type S????

Did a search and the Prelude Type S cams show a lift of 12.2mm intake and 11.2 exhaust. Crower Stage 3's lift is only 11.88mm.

My question is, is HP mad from the highest lift or the duration of the cams?

power is made from the perfect harmony of high lift and long duration, with high compression, and all other related components

its hard to say which cam will work best for you

from what i understand turbo cars prefer high lift, with fairly short duration, and very little overlap

It's hard to say, The K20A cams can make 20-25hp over the K20A2 cams...lift is identical, just longer duration.
