Default Car won't start

I have a 93 Sedan Lx with 150,000 miles. It was working perfectly; no misfires, no sputtering, no hard starts. I turned it off, went inside, came out 20 minutes later and it wouldn't start. It sounds like it wants to start, but just can't quite do it. The battery is full, the fule pump works, and the starter is fine. I changed the cap and rotor because they were old, didn't help.
I figure it is eighter the distributer or a clogged fuel filter.
So an ideas or suggestions? Thanks.

Do the basic test are you getting spark and are you getting fuel. Sounds like a ignitor problem. When a ignitor is going bad it will not start once it gets hot. Wait till it cools down then try again.

How do I check for spark, because that is where I believe the problem is also.
I replaced the cap and rotor because they needed it anyway, but it didn't help
