hi i want to kno whats the best pistons to use on a b18a block for doing lsvtec but still be able to keep it as a daily drivin car in the summer

CTR...12.5 compression if done right.

ctr pistons are like ne were from 12:5-12:8:1

pr3 pistons will be good for street driven ctr will raise the compression too high so that'll be more gas for you = more$$

yea pr3's are good ****....run them with a ctr intake cam and some minor bolt ons and youll rip **** good luck

If you are going allmotor then go with ctr pistons but if you want to go boost then stick with some ls pistons.

He said "daily driver", I dont think it is a good idea to have Compression over 12.3 for a daily driver, that goes escpecially for the Ls Vtec, use the B16 pistons, for a safe compression rate!

if u want r pistons get itr pistons ctr is 2 high for daily driving everything would have to be perfect fuel,timing,plugs,etc. Don't Risk it !

i tried the ctr i had 2 sell them before i could even get them in they leave no room for error in your tuning
