Whats your goals and how much you willing to spend? If you want to do a basic just use the GSR internals with Type R or CTR pistons.

ctr pistons, skunk or buddy club cams, upgrade the valve springs, lighter valves, pnp, better intake mani, better header, that'll get you started....there's tons of posts about people's builds on honda-tech. chances are you can find somethin and get an idea of what you need in order to reach ur 200whp mark

ctr pistons are going to suck. p30's or jdm p73's are much better.

is it not true that the ctr pistons make the highest compression ratio?

it's true. but what good is 12-13:1cr when you have to pull a ton of timing just to get the engine from pinging running on pump gas? you can make the same if not more power by running 11:1cr and full timing. plus the ctr's high dome doesnt promote good flame travel.

Check out the all motor forum. There's a lot of different setups hitting 200whp. a couple of threads with dynos, setups, and 1/4 times. A lot of good info

you would need pistons to match the bore size. crank and rods can stay the same if you're not stroking. you can have the combustion chambers opened up to match the bore, but this would also drop your compression.
