Default Max Psi???

2001 civics have a 9.9:1 compression ratio. What is the max psi for this compression, considering everyday driving?

our little dinky 4 cylinders don't produce enough exhaust flow to spool a turbo that big quickly.........especially a D17. Now an super-double-whack H22 on the other hand might.....

A small t3/t4 (.48 ar) with a big exhaust spools very nicely on a d-series honda. Any larger though and its a huge lag monster.

Personally, i think a turbo like a big t28/t28, or a t28/t3 would be awesome on a d-series honda on the street.

Yep..thats the turbo i have. t3/t04e .48 a/r with a 54 trim. Its a very nice quick spooling still has lots of ***** at high rpm turbo. Awesome for high hp street driven d-series hondas.

I also think it would be a nice on a b16a, although most people run much larger turbos. I really like a quick spooling turbo.

Not so much larger, but the A/R would definatley have to be changed to at least .57 or .63 for the 8k+ rpm of a B16.
