Default disabling gsr secondary valves

Is disabling or making the secondary valves open going to help me gain some hp and torque? the mods i got is jdm itr 4-1 header, Aem CAI, 2.36in catback exahust, and 2.5 highflow cat.
Also how would i do this. Would i need to do anyt5hing to the ECU to disable it or just tinker around with the IM.
sorry i am a noob, have searched but found nothing. thanks
Also am i asking in the wrong section? please let me know

If you want to lose about 10 lbs of torque from disabling the dual stage runners, go ahead. Otherwise, keep it connected and keep your midrange. If you want to get rid of it, do it the right way buying the skunk2 intake manifold. But even then, you still have to have to raise your VTEC crossover to work better with the manifold.
