well heres the deal....
my stock gsr intake manifold has the secondary runners removed alread, and i wasn't sure if it was worth getting the skunk2 or putting the secondary butterflies back in. (i got the motor with them removed allready)

All I have to say is that on the streets Torque rules the world. (not really but ya know) Once you upgrade cams and fuel ingition timming it'll be worth it but until then No cuz you'll lose da torque.

You do know that you are losing power with the secondaries removed. right!?! If you somehow can't get the secondaries on or working again i suggest you invest in a skunk2 manifold.

You need to do one or the other...
Removing your secondaries is ghetto. You lost power when you (or whoever) removed them. The skunk2 is designed not to have them to start with and will give you more horsepower (at least up top).
Like I was saying, either get the secondaries back in what you have, or buy the skunk.

I have a B18C1 in my EF. I never used the stock manifold because I didn't want to fool with the dual butterfly crap. The Skunk2 manifold really flows a LOT on the top end. There's nothing spectacular going on until around 5,000rpm, at which point it makes gobs (relatively speaking, of course) of power.
If you want low-end, fix your GSR manifold, if you can sacrifice the power down low for more top-end, go with the Skunk2.
Just my .02.

Okay, if you are going to get the Skunk2 manifold, you NEED to get a good ECU program from the likes of kenji here at H-T. Sell your P72 ECU and get a P28 for cheap and have it re-chipped for $150.00 from kenji.
I would also add a CTR intake cam along with the ECU too. The Skunk2/Type R manifold is optimized by Type R-like cams and ECU program.
IM kenji for that ECU program - i run it on my ITR motor and I made 175whp and 122ft/lbs. of torque with only that ECU and an AEN intake for 99 Si and a Tanabe Racing Medallion.
Lastly, this may suck, but it's true. The GS-R tranny has taller gears than the Type R and B16 trannies. This means you may actually drop out of VTEC unless you peg the rev limit all the time. The stock GS-R kicks VTEC in at 4500rpms, so the tranny was designed for THAT. With a Skunk2 manifold, 4500rpm VTEC will suck ***. This is why you need a good ECU, but also you may drop out of VTEC on some shifts too.
Honda designs a lot of things in conjunction with another thing in mind too. Changing just ONE thing can upset lots of other things, thus hurting overall rather than helping.
