i heard they're strong but also lite and i wanna use them in my ls/vtec over stock rods. does anyone use them and if so what has your experience been with them????

Dan is a good guy and does great work. I have personally never used his rods, but he has done a couple heads for me and built one of my motors, and was very pleased with it all.

 

I believe I'll try a set sometime in the near future.

 

Dan's rods-
Excellent stuff, I HIGHLY reccomend using Dpr.
I won my Honda Challenge championship last season usings dan's stuff.
His engine work is good enough for the Honda Factory, Saturn, BMW, ETC....
Also his rods were in the record breaking Civic at Bonneville last year, plus the B series motor he builds for Team Lesher off road racing team, they are whipping everyone with Dan's stuff.....

I would stay away from DPR if I was you. Too many bad incidents with H-T members. Do a search about DPR.

 

theres a couple dprs out there, theres a dpr in toledo ohio that does really good work
