Default Rear brake lights stay on...keeps killing battery

So this is another one of my engine swap problems....
Background: had an accident...got the had engine swapped along with the tranny (auto to manual)

Every time I park my car, the rear brake lamps stay on. If I pull on the brake pedal with my foot it goes off for a sec then after it settles it goes back on after it settles. Basically it seems like it is set way over sensitive. Can anyone help?

(remember I had an automatic with two pedals...now it's got three...if that makes a difference)

Push starting is ok... I did that so many times (not with American Honda though, it's JDM LHD Honda)...
or why don't you start your engine, make sure battery is full, then before you sleep, take the connector out. put it back in the morning. problem solved.

aah, you work and study too much. Class will still be there next week. Keystone TnT night is the last one for this year!.. come...
(I'm being the devil in this Halowen nite)

You will still have to fix the switch.. You have brake lights for your own safety. find the switch under the dash and adjust it or bend the bracket.. REALLY easy..
