Default camber adjustments NEED HELP!!!

ok my car is dropped with coilovers and my camber is all wack, eating up the inside of my tires was wondering which is the one for my ride

1.25-3.0 OR up to 1.0

maybe u should go to an alignment place, most of the time its the toe that is all out of wack. - and that eats tires up faster than camber.

im lowered about 3-3.5" no camber kit, but aligned. no excess tire wear

also what do u mean by "toe"
