Default can a vacuum leak cause decreased performance?

Just curious... and if so, how significant of a decrease would you see with let just say... one of the smaller diameter vacuum lines open on the end? lol.

a vacuum leak causes the car to run richer because it is unmetered air entering the engine

Wouldn't the MAP sensor catch that? I know my car doesn't even have an airflow meter, just a MAP.

blueish... oil smoke I'm pretty darn sure. :-/

Oil rings gone but comp rings good wouldn't give me a MASSIVE performance decrease though would it?

We're talking 10 flat in the 1/8 on 11.1:1 comp forged bottom end LS/VTEC in a DA integra that weighs 2180 with a full tank of gas. :-(
