Default prepping for a b20z turbo setup jsut maybe

the calling of boost keeps hitting me in teh head even though after juicing and having the ls motor die i keep wanting more forced induction.

i have a b20z non vtec setup right now currently and my boss keeps egging me for boost we just finished doing a b20b(newer JDM ones) turbo into a integra w/ a Fmax kit and the car even @ half throttle on 8psi pulls remarkable.

the only worries i have about this setup is
1-thins sleeves- hearing all day and night that these ******* crack easily
2-the amount of boost i will be able to run stock w/out blowing up this motor

what will tuning do to keep teh reliability of a turbo setup w/ this motor run strong and long????

i want to run a revhard turbo kit with the t04/t3 60 and about 8 psi on hondata
what else would be nessessary to keep it running reliable. i kno 440cc injectors are also a good addition, tial wastegate(i hear they dont spike as badly as deltagates) what else would be needed????
i have done searches and all i find are booth the goods and the bads. newman i kno ran 11.6@119 mph on a stock b20z turbo with 12 psi "daily driven" and a chipped ls ecu not even hondata. would hondata be needed for only 8psi??? or would a afc hack work jsut as well for only 8psi???? i also read that the sleeves on teh b20z are siamesed which are supposed to be just as good as the sleeves the b18b has are these troo????
then i have heard bad things as people telling me that 7psi on fmu will destroy the sleeves within a blink of an eye.
so i am asking for someone who has done these setups or have helped someoen with these setups b4 for any advice u can give me.

thanks
cliff

when i boost my b20 im gonna leave it at or under 7-8psi. ive never heard of a b20 sleeve broken at this psi (tuned right). but i have heard many stories that went something like "i cranked up the boost a lil more and then cracked a sleeve." all i can say is that if you are worried about breaking a sleeve, keep the boost low until you get sleeves. thats what im going to do. good luck.
