Default Radiator: Not a civic, but still a honda

Well I got a new radiato for my girls old Accord from Radiator Barn b/c people on here have recomended them.

It came with two additonal pipes coming out of the bottom. Can I just plug these? If so, how?

Also, How can I attach the fans to it? The holes are there, but they are not threaded or the right size.

the two extra lines on the bottom are usually for cooling ATF. i have them on my aftermarket radiator, but theyre not hooked up to anything. i dont have mine plugged, adn they dont leak anything. my aftermarket radiator also needed all the stock hardware from the oem fan setup.. went on fine
