Gunna try this again: Car runs fine, but stalls randomly when idling.
SO my car seems to run fine, no problems driving around town, except for having to restart my car every time I'm at the stop light/stop sign. Starts back up fine, idles for a second or two, then dies. Like, it's cold idle is around 2100rpm, warm idle down around 1200rpm, but the longer it warms up/runs the lower the idle gets and it kinda goes down to like 750rpm and stalls out.
No CEL or ECU codes.
Dizzy is brand new
Mods are in sig.
Cam gear advanced like 2-3 degrees.
Dizzy is advanced like a degree also (toward firewall)
I seemed to have issues more when I was running 87 octane, but I'm on a full tank of 93 right now (3rd tank of 93 since last 87 fill up) and it seems to get worse.
I can't seem to adjust my idle, I wish I could, but the screw has like, no notch in it what-so-ever. It baffles me.
This problem didn't occur until after I did a valve adjustment, my valves were very loose (ticking) and I tightened them up to spec for this cam shaft. When they were ticking, I never stalled, not once.
So what can I do? I've tried changing my timing over and over again, different ways etc. But nothing helps.
Thanks for the help.

any vacum leaks?..get a new fuel filter..got good ground connections?..you can tighten your throttle cable a little to raise idle rpm
Gonna pick up a new fuel filter either tonight or tomorrow. Doesn't seem to be any vacuum issues. Tried to tighten the throttle cable some. I think I'm just in need of a good tuner, must be the cam.

it might be your fuel filter and fuel injectors... do you remember how long ago you had the injectors changed... cuz i had the same prob and it was the fuel filter and fuel injectors that i got replaced..HTH
Well, as far as I know, the injectors have never been replaced...Same with the filter. I didn't go pick up the filter today, will tomorrow morning and get that changed. If that doesn't do it, then I'll save up some cash and get some better injectors and try that. Well, I could get stock replacements, but might as well upgrade while I'm at it, couldnt hurt.
Thanks for the ideas guys. If anyone else has any info feel free to post!
