Greddy 18g turbo re-build

I am having difficulty finding a shop that will re-build my 18g at a reasonable price. Some said that they won't touch it at all. Any websites or good shops that would do this?

JRP is a huge rip off, but I will check anyways thanks. Anyone else? There must be some good shop's in the States.
