vaccum line question, please help

vaccum line question, please help
thank you for clicking, as of right now i have a vaccum like coming from the side of my tial wastegate to a fitting on my turbo...
i just bought a manual boost controller and it says to spice the wire from coming from my intake manifold going to the wastegate, but i dont have it hooked up that way, i want to switch it, so what do i put in the fitting on the turbo to "cap" it off so to speak... ?
current setup wastegate ----> turbo
want wastegate ----> intake manifold
with controller wastegate ----> boost controller ----> intake manifold
