What wear do you get while leaning out?

What wear do you get while leaning out?
I finally had a chance to dyno my car today and see how it was running on nitrous. Plugs werent too bad when I checked them, but it looked like it was running a little lean. I guess I was wrong. It was running pretty damn lean. 14.8 in fact. And because I'm using 93octane instead of 87 I'm running rich NA. 
Anyways, what kind of wear should I expect from running lean like that? Will it lead to any future problems?
Oh - even with it leaning out that bad, i still put down 191whp and 183lb/ft torque

Its debateable how accurate tuning nitrous with a wideband is. 93lsivic was telling me that he talked at length to Zex Man and his opinion was that it was not very accurate if at all.
