Poll: Would you purchase carbon fiber front splitter like the Realtime cars use?
If a carbon fiber splitter were available, similar to the one Realtime uses, would you be willing to purchase one?
Here is what the Realtime front splitter looks like.

If it aint "jdm" then it's "rice"...that seems to be the consensus on this forum. j/k
Not too many people track their car in this forum, and buying the splitter for anything beside track purpose is kind of lame.
So with that being said, I'd be interested in one.

A good example of this is the Ferrari 360 Modena, it's underbody is completely sealed off, so it's smooth. Also the JGTC NSX, and perhaps even the R34 Skyline with the CFRP plate in the rear to cover the mess of differentials, suspension and exhaust pieces.

I would if it was jsut for track use just for its function. on the street no, I don't think its looks too good. the factory ITR lip looks much better.

actually thats not refered to as a splitter. I can't remember the exact teminology off the top of my head but its use it to literally suck the car to the ground. This I believe is know as the Venturi effect. The complimentary piece to the front spillter is a Rear deffuser with completes the airs passage under the car by creating a low pressure zone at the rear of the car cause the air to move faster under the car than over. Pulling the car to the ground

If the price were right, then yes I would buy one. In fact, I asked where to get one in the Best Buy forum (probably should have asked in competition forum
), and nobody responded.
Hell, I don't even know what a splitter should cost. None of the stores I've seen have them.

the pictures aren't too clear in showing the actual splitter itself...but are you referring to the ones that importfan.com has for sale. they have CF splitters for sale there that i was actually looking into getting....
Just to clarify, the "splitter" is the front lip, and the "undertray" is what is bolted on the bottom of the car. I will be manufacuring both for the 98+ Integs.
