okay guys, i have a 98 prelude and i'm going to install crower stage two cams, retainers, springs, and cam gears. do you all have any tips that would be helpful?

i know i should go ahead and have the head P&P while it's out, but i don't think i have the money right now. Just give me any advice you can on how to optomize power after install, or anything to make install easier. Also, how would i go about having my ecu reprogrammed to raise redline and lower v-tec points?
