D16Y8 cam VS. D16Z6
Interchangable if you use the cam gear that is related to the cam.
Specs are not different enough to warrant changing. Especially when barly used cams can be found for less than 250.

right i have a d16z6 and i found a good deal on a zex cam but it is made for the d16y8 and was wondering if i could put that in.

I have a z6 zex 59300 cam in my y8 so yes they are interchangeable. They are just a few degrees off from eachother.
