Tuning air fuel curve. Where to start?

Default Tuning air fuel curve. Where to start?

Im using a wideband to do some tuning and was wondering how my graph should look. What ratio should at be at to start? and as rpms increase about where should it be at 12:1? I shouldnt be at 12:1 under 3,500 rpm should i?
Its a sohc del sol with a T3 at 12psi. Just trying to get some pointers.never tuned air fuel curve before. I think im way to rich down low. Any help would be appreciated.

Tune for out of boost first, then for boost.
