I am having a hell ish of a time dealing with my gen 2 teg and Nor cal Smog! I just replaced the engine and still it fails! So I am off to replace the exhaust system, but should I just get a stock OEM Cat or do those high Flow? ones work any better, quie frankly its a daily driver and I really dont care about Hp, well a little I really care about passing smog and getting a cat that works and works well.

Any suggestions of where to buy online or in shop? Summit and Jegs have crap! and Kragen just seems cheap!

 

Contact SMSP about a Carsound cat for a high flow one, or just find an OEM one somewhere.

Carsound all the way.I just installed one.Comparing the inside too a stock one you can see how it flows better.

 

went to the pet store but no carsound's the only thing that had was a bunch of calico's ....

 

i have a stock cat for sale..are you inerested?

 

get a carsound from ben (importparts.com)

 

ive heard of a person who replaced with a new carsound and still didnt pass i would borrow a newer oem cat off of a friend do any of the g3 cats fit im not too sure.
