Car stalled and now will not turn over???

Was driving when the car stalled and now it will not turn over??? HELP!!!

my buddy had a similar problem with his accord adn it ended up being the igniter in the distributer

By not turning over, do you mean the motor isnt cranking? Or it is cranking but not starting?
