Default BAR Legalization

Around how much is it going to cost to get a 93 Civic with a JDM B16a legalized from scratch?

What are we talking about "from scratch"?

The test itself cost 30 then 8 bucks for the sticker if you pass.

141 N Andreasen RD STE A
Escondido Ca 92029

call 1800-622-7733

your first time will cost you 30.00 and if you dont pass then your second time is free when you do pass you will have to pay 8.25 for the certificate. good luck it took me over a year to finally pass i think i hold the record for the most times i had to come back to see the ref. also once you start the process you cant just stop and go someplace else, its in the computers and no other smog place will smog your car until you pass at the ref station.

this was just disccused in another thread as well but it was kinda offtopic,

for once and for all

ANYTHING behind the catylitic converter will not and CAN not effect smog
