resurface flywheel?
definitely, it's not expensive, and doesn't take long.. last thing I wanna do after dropping/reinstalling a tranny is drop and reinstall the tranny again.

would i need to bring my clucth along too? how much do you know to have shave off? just recieve my clutch and flywheel. i got the cluctch master clutch and the act street lite fly wheel
I've heard that you need to resurface a flywheel when installing a new clutch so that the clutch can seat into the flywheel correctly and so that it makes a better initial grab onto the clutch.

you dont need to resurface a brand new flywheel

i was reading the papers that cae along with the fly wheel and clutch and it was talking about resurfaces the flywheel so that it sits in right. i guess i might of miss understand it. so i don't need to resurface the flywheel then only if i use the old one ?

just got my fidanza flywheel from titanmotorsports, quick service, hopefully ill put that badboy on tomorrow with my new clutch. i too was lazy to get the flywheel resurfaced, although i heard that if the flywheel has hot spots or cracks, it wouldnt be recommended to put it back in so i just bought the wheel again.
