Your plugs don't look too bad to me - probably just some fuel deposits.

What kind of gas are you using?

How old are those plugs??

plugs are about 15k KM old. You can get 94 octane at Sunoco or 93 Octane at Pioneer gas stations in Toronto

look rusty to me, try getting some new ones and some new plugs and make sure the plug wires seal right over the valve cover.
