Default What is the better header?

I am confused because a 4-1 header is good for high rpm's but how high are we talking cuz I am gonna be getting a b18b motor and it redlines at 7 instead of 8,200 like the gsr. So is this a good header to get for the b18b or would I be happier with 4-2-1. Cuz if it only helps from like 6 and up then it would not be worth it really to me, so I guess the real question is what would be better for the track for my b18b 4-1 or 4-2-1.

i think a 4-1 is better for 5500+.And 4-2-1 from 3000 too 6k or so.Not positive.I would go with a 4-1 if i were you.I have the same motor and im getting a 4-2-1 DC sports, only reason is because i got a deal for 150.And the difference is minimal unless you have a built motor. Then you wouldnt want a dc header anyways, lol.Hope this helps

Comptech's 4-2-1 is an excellent header for a daily driven car with mild bolt ons. I believe it is one of the best headers up to 180 whp, correct me if I am wrong. Plus it's carb exempt! Comptech
