i want to get my integra to 210hp if i put a exhaust header intake manifold pulleys cat intake cams and cam gears will the hp be around 210. if not what does anyone sugest to do to get it to that.

No offense to original poster, but this is why I hate when Companies, or Superstreet overexagerate, they have half of the poeple beleiveing that a few bolt ons is worth 50hp, while the others are like
On a serious note, yes you can make good power all motor, ut it requires the rihgt parts, generally these are more expensive $$$ than you average I/h/e package, also you need cams, head work, high compression, tuning ect...
Yeah and then you get get some pullies 8hp, and 15hp from an exhuast, 12hp from that Dc header y0, wait never mind let me put up my Rice calculator

i have full jdm itr internals, 01' jdm itr cams & valvetrain, dc 4-1 ss, ported skunk2 im, injectors, obd2-obd1 conversion, PYR ecu w/ mugen chip, apexi vafc on a 98' b18c1..the compression's at 11.2:1...i could tag 9600rpms and still not pull 210 WHEELhp....wait i havent dyno'd yet
and dont forget the stickers...ahhh da powa of jdm sticka

you oviously dont know what your talking about
all that mods you have listed will probably give you like 10whp
and if you have a ls that will come out to be about 130whp
and if you have a gsr that will be about 150-160hp

And to the sharp point, just putting all that on without a tune, you could lose some major hp, especially on an LS. Take a stock LS tranny throw up cam gears and say the Skunk2 IM and you're more likely to lose power because your powerband just shifted above the design of the tranny and your stock cams can't make any more power. Research and use the search and see what others have done.

My friends hatch a b16, with a gs-r head. 120 shot direct. Intake, header, exhaust ign. All that stuff and he pulled 194 at the wheels on the dyno this past weekend, est. 250 at the crank. Of course the clutch was slipping a bit. But just goes to show thats its not as easy as one would think. ON this RICE CALCULATOR LMAO, he should be at well over 300 at the crank. Of course we already knew that wasn't even close to the truth. Good luck with that though.

Boost is your friend! Well maybe not if you think that set up will get you 210 whp. hmmm ok I take it back maybe boost isn't such a good idea. You might break something.

Or drop the dough for a turbo, and build up on the engine, itll work itself out in time, Christ i gotta 350, cams cost me about $1500, and the cheapest FI kit is $6400, i already spent to much loot on the car, now i gotta spend almost double to put it where i want it to be at. Doesn't just come overnight. And there ain't enough stickers in the world thas gonna put your teggy at 215 kid, Crack kills braincells, stop doin it.
