I know someone that is selling a t3/t4 turobnetics turbo with turbo manifold and downpipe. This set up was run on a 98 gsr for a few days then he took it off. He will sell it for about $800.

Will this set up bolt right up to my 1996 ls.

down pipe might not fit perfect but u can take it to a muffler shop and make it fit... as far as turbo and mani yes it will fit.. as far as a good turbo... we hae no knowledge about the conditon.. but as far as turbonectics go... ive used one and had no problems

 

I wasn't sure if the mani would fit right. the kid said it is new, only ran it for a few days the got a greddy turbo. he also said that he upgraded the internal oiling and ball bearings?? not sure about that. but...anyway.....

It is a Drag III turbo mani

 

800 for a turbo and mani adn dp thats fairly new is not a bad price

true...but i would hold out and get a little better quality manifold.

 

What would be a good manifold to run on a 96 ls teg?

 

InlinePro...RevHard...Max Rev...SFP...etc.

All though i have used a drag 3 mani for 2 years with no problems... but i agree those listed above are better except for the revhard or max rev... i disagree on thoses.. but the inline pro is a good one.. i had a sfp is ok just kinda smaller mani...

 

See how much he wants for just the turbo, The manifold, well like they said there are better affordable ones out there. Im using Inline Pro and its a quality piece for the price. What kind of Downpipe is it?

u could get a better manifold and new turbo for a bit more.....downpipe will need to be lengthened........
