Default b18c1 with b16 trany.. question

hi guys. i gots a b18c1 with a b16 tranny (jdm tranny) and was wondering when your at 5th gear going about 4k rpm, how fast are you going? and also at 3500.. i ask this because i wasnt sure if this was normal, at 4k i'm only going 70mph, and to me thats pretty high for 70mph .. so was just wondering if thats normal or something wrong. ohh and also my speed meter doesnt tell me how fast i'm going. so maybe that could be the prob. thanks guys

I have a 93 GSR and at 4k im at 70 and at 4500 80 mph. Your speed sensor is not connected to your tranny or the speed cable is not connected to you speed sensor (VSS in the Repair manual).
