Default amp stopped working...help me out ASAP

so i was just cleaning up the wiring after the amp/sub install i did last week. all i did was re-route the wires so they weren't laying out on the floor anymore. now the amp doesn't power up. i've tried just about everything. give me some suggestions here guys. my interior is ripped apart and i don't wanna put back together til this is fixed, but need to drive the car SOON.

Check all of your power connections and fuses(at the battery and amp). Get a digital multimeter or a test light and check the power lead and remote turn on lead. Also, make sure your ground is good.

make sure you didnt blow the fuse that should be located on your power wire next to your battery... also make sure you are getting remote signal from your deck by using a volt-meter... you may have accidently cut the remote wire when you went to hide it...

chances are you accidentally blew a fuse by grounding out the amp while the wires were disconnected.

Buy a test light and check if your amp is getting power and remote power at the amp, then check your ground. If it is getting all of these and the amp fuse isn't blown then you have a stuffed amp.

A test light is a small light bulb so when you connect one end to power and the other to your cars ground the light turns on. Your amp has three connections to make it run: power from your battery, a ground from your cars chassis and a remote wire from your headunit to tell it to turn on. If your amp is getting all three then it should turn on.

Ahh, ok. Just means a blown amp.
I'm jure it's just a wiring problem since it was working fine.
