I had my done a few weeks ago. Yeah 90 thousand is when you should change the timing belt. Make sure that they check your exhaust from the cat back if it is still stock. And definitly dont take it to a dealer they will rip you off

Yea,i was thinking i need to change it soon...about the exhaust,i got a real bad rattle between 3000-3500 only when the engine is warm,i figured it was the heat shields so i took them off,but it still does it....so i guess thats a reason to buy full exhaust

Yeah you should change your timing belt, and water pump, even if the water pump isn't even making any noise at all, believe me makes life alot better when you do them at the same time. It will kinda be a pain in the *** to do the timing belt if it is your first time. But if you got a book and a buddy to help will take like 3 hours at the most.

the worst part about that job is unbolting the crankshaft pulley. once you get that undone, the rest is a breeze.

change the timing belt, waterpump, 2 cam seals, 1 crank seal, idler bearring, valve cover gasket, gromets, tube seals, 1 gallon of coolant, and the drive belts ..... that is a complete timing belt job

i usually do the spark plugs and the cap and rotor and while i am at it i will change the distributor o-ring sence i will set the timing after that job ...

get a helms and do it yourself dont pay people to do it ....

Check you coolant hoses also to make sure they are still in good shape, or if your flushing your cooling system, you might as well replace them.
