Default Prelude or ITR?

Help me out guys, can you hook me up with some pros and cons of an ITR, and why or why not its a better car than a prelude?

If you have to ask, get a Prelude. Type R = worrying, even in NC.

97 type s prelude
00 ITR 55
then,
97 ITR 50

The Prelude is a great car but it does not match the R in any performance catagory.

It is a far better daily driver, however.

Just look at the link above then make a decision. One word of advise I can give you is if you do decide on the R get full coverage insurance and enjoy it. There are better things to worry about then your car.

i think prelude is more of a luxury coupe, where as type-r is an agressive preformance beast

Wow, i remember i was at the dealer ready to buy a prelude when another sales person called me to tell me that he found a Type R for me. After driving the lude, and then the R, i can safely say i was going with the R. Its just an all around better car...lighter, faster, great handling, and IMO a lot sexier Not to hate on preludes, but i definately would go for the R dude. This is my opinion though. Do whatever floats your boat

it depends on your priority...you look some what luxury stuffs than prelude is the car, or you want more performance and race oriented then ITR is the car...I think....hehehe

if you go for luxuary get a prelude. Nothing beats heated leather seats in the winter. The torque is also higher on the lude. It makes a great car for daily driving, except litleroom in the rear seats, even less than the R. However, the lude doesn't handle as well, and I already have mild suspension parts, like eibach PK. The type R handles much better, it's lighter and faster. Get an ITR, you won't regret it, enjoy it when you're still young!
