I don't know why but it just seems the car is a bad luck car for me. It was great the first 6 months I had her but its been downhill since. Small crap keeps happening and i keep emptying my wallet... If someone wants a clean low mileage R, heres your chance...Its very clean and theres a couple ppl on here that can attest to the amount of care i give to my car. Anyone who can help out, i would greatly appreciate it. Sorry to my ITR ppl for selling her. Maybe i'll buy another R someday, it just doesn't seem to be a part of my present life.

btw...i have some jdm parts to sell. i was going to install them but i see no point now. I have a brand new JDM SRS Steering wheel, C's Short Shifter brand new, and some other jdm goodies. i'd rather see them go to an ITR owner than on some civic (no offense)

whats happened? had the car for a lil over a yr now, 5 months of that being storage, 1 month in body shop.

lets starts...bought car in march, great til august when i had minor fender bender. i figured get jdm conversion since my front bumper needs replacement. so i got the jdm conversion, body shop did an ok job but they had my car forever (slow *** workers). about 2 weeks after i got my car back, i put it into storage. i just took it out, failed inspection. i spent about 600 in parts to pass. i got low jack installed, spent 1000 on that. then yest my car shows in malfunction light. i am under warranty so dealer will handle it but this has just been a bad luck car for me. i spent alot of money on my R and will wind up taking over 8k in losses.

Honestly thats not bad at all. Since I bought my car a year and a half ago I've had to:

1. Replace tranny
2. Replace longblock
3. Hail damage
4. 3 wrecks
5. Replace radio

After all that I still couldnt sell my car but everyone is different. I just hope you can find a car you can be happy with.

 

Damn that thing has no miles. That sux, you spend all winter waiting to drive it and now that it's spring your selling it. I'd personally keep it, you've just had a little bad luck, after putting all that work into it, wouldn't it suck to sell it right after it's all fixed? Anyway s2k g35 and nsx are all insane cars

Damn, your patience is limited. You've owned the car for a very limited time, and have barely driven it. I wouldn't sell it yet. You went through the trouble of getting the JDM front end, etc. I understand the theft paranoia, but you seem to have that covered; garage, etc. Enjoy the car..

 

If you think Type-Rs are a hassle to own, wait until you get an S2K, or NSX. Gawd.
